Salon 94 Design is thrilled to announce the exclusive presentation of Sabine Marcelis’s new glass and stone tables, debuting in a special collaboration with WE ARE ONA and Luca Pronzato during Art Basel Miami Beach 2025. This marks our first collaboration with Marcelis, ahead of her first solo exhibition in the United States at Salon 94 Design in New York, summer 2026.

The series features 12 unique tables that showcase Marcelis’ mastery of light, material, and atmosphere. Crafted from slabs of travertine or onyx paired with color-treated glass, each table highlights her eye for material, contemporary sensibility, and technical precision. Marcelis balances the transparency of glass with the solidity of stone, treating light and color as extensions of the object into space.

The collection balances levity and heft, architectural rigor and atmospheric presence. It is the table, a familiar centerpiece of communal life, reimagined into a versatile object of rare sophistication able to transform interior and exterior spaces alike.

These works continue her dialogue with SolidNature, following their 2023 Milan Design Week project: a 7-meter-long dining table and bar under the theme “Beyond the Surface.” Composed of vibrant travertine and onyx connected by color-treated glass, that installation explored texture, transparency, and depth, now echoed in Miami’s technicolor setting.

The pop-up embodies WE ARE ONA’s philosophy of merging fine dining, art, and experience, bringing together artists, designers, collectors, and tastemakers during one of the year’s most vibrant cultural moments. It offers an early opportunity to experience Marcelis’s work ahead of her first U.S. solo exhibition next summer.

From December 1–4, 2025, the tables will be featured in an immersive culinary installation at Andaz Miami Beach, in partnership with the José Andrés Group and SolidNature. Curated by Luca Pronzato, founder of WE ARE ONA, the four-day experience unites design, gastronomy, and art in a sculptural, sensorial environment overlooking the ocean.
